Vincen García

Electric Bass Player – Spain

Vincen García is a highly skilled Spanish bassist known for his outstanding technique, creative energy, and dynamic performances. Since 2014, he has been on tour with his main band Funkiwis, with whom he has recorded three albums that have been presented at Spain’s most significant festivals. Vincen’s versatility extends to various music styles, including collaborations with Seguridad Social and orchestras. He is also a dedicated organizer of local Jam Sessions.

As a session bassist, he has contributed to studio recordings, and as an educator, he offers private lessons and teaches at the online school “Escuela De Bajistas.” Vincen regularly shares covers, new grooves, slaps, and original compositions, establishing himself as a prominent figure. Andrea Valeri

Guitarist, Composer, Producer – Italy

From Australia to New Zealand, from America and Canada to the African continent, from Europe to Russia since his tender 16 years of age Andrea Valeri continues to reap a worldwide success.

 

Andrea is defined the “new ambassador of contemporary guitar music”, despite being born in 1991, he is already a veteran of many of the biggest stages around the globe. Andrea began his career at the age of 10 by expressing himself with new techniques such as thumbstyle, fingerstyle, flatpicking and many others, until he was able to synthesize them all through his skills.

 

He has already released 41 albums, including 7 solo works and dozens of collaborations with some of the most important artists in the guitar and music world today. In 2022 he also received the “Culture and Performing Arts” award for the musical contribution given to the world in the first 15 years of his international career. Jose Carlos Sánchez

Drummer – Cuba

Jose Carlos Sánchez (Jay Kalo) was born in Havana (Cuba) on September 15, 1997. He began his musical career at the age of 10 and studied percussion at the Cuban National Art School (ENA). He obtained first place in the International Drum Festival in Cuba, on two consecutive occasions. At only 17 years old, his first trip was to New York, to perform with the “Big Band Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra” where he met and played with Wynton Marsalis. When he finished his studies, he began to play and record with many national and international artists, such as Alain Pérez (album “El cuento de la buena pipa”), Omara Portuondo (“Barranquijazz” jazz festival, Colombia), Maria del Mar Bonet (“Ultramar” tour) and among others.

Juan Oliviera

Juan Oliveira is a young jazz guitarist and composer from Spain known for his fearless improvisations and ability to create dark, evocative atmospheres with his music.

Ryan Devlin

Musician, sax player – Boston, Massachusetts

Ryan Devlin is a 26 year old saxophonist and private woodwind instructor living in Boston, MA. Ryan started his musical journey with his father Scott Devlin who was the leader of the Walt Disney World Sax Quartet. Ryan completed his Masters degree in Jazz Performance at The New England Conservatory in Boston, MAunder the instruction of saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi in 2023. Ryan’ quartet is highly influenced by the late 60s and early 70s, artists like John Coltrane, Steve Grossman, Elvin Jones and Joe Henderson are some of the groups biggest influences. Bringing a modern approach to these legendary jazz artists compositions and vocabulary makes Ryan’s quartet sound current while paying homage to the heroes of this music.

Alexandra Light

Multidisciplinary artist, choreographer, dancer – Washington DC

Alexandra began training in ballet at the age of three at the Maryland Youth Ballet, as well as the School of American Ballet in NYC, San Francisco Ballet School, and other institutions. Her artistic inspiration draws from classical dance, the psychology of people, and her Jewish heritage. Using various mediums such as collage, acrylic, mixed media, and the human body, Alexandra creates pieces ranging from small and minimalistic to large and abstract. Her artwork has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, and her choreographic works have been performed at renowned institutions such as The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Katzen Arts Center of American University in Washington, DC. Alexandra is currently based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ruben Bellavia

Jazz Drummer – Italy

Ruben Bellavia is a very versatile drummer on the Italian musical scene. In 2017 he has been invited from the Berklee College of Music to present his innovative method of practicing inspired by Tony Williams. After getting his Bachelor Degree in Classical Percussions at the Conservatory in Torino he started studying jazz drumming seriously. He’s been working with some of the most influential musicians on the Italian and International jazz scene like Randy Brecker, Chad LB, Antonio Faraò and many more. In 2011 the jazz trio leaded by the pianist Fabio Giachino has been founded. In 2016 he has been ranked in the top 10 of Italian Jazz Drummers and in third position with the Fabio Giachino Trio in the band section from the readers pool of the Jazzit Magazine.

Multi-instrumentalist and composer Sam Greenfield has made a name for himself in the music industryplaying alongside some of the biggest names in the biz. He has toured extensively with Vulfpeck’s Cory Wong, Joss Stone, Dave Koz, and Thank You Scientist. But he’s not just a hired gun – Sam made waves with his latest release “Sam Greenfield Sucks,” blending the sophistication of jazz with the lively spirit of pop and funk to create a sound that is uniquely his own. He has built a loyal following, drawing in listeners with his irresistible melodies, grooves, vibrant energy and infectious personality. Moreover, he’s no stranger to the recording studio either, having worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Mariah Carey, Queen Latifah, and more. Yasser D' Oquendo

Dancer and Teacher – Cuba

Yasser began his studies in 2005 at the Regino Eladio Boti Vocational School of Art (EVA), studying for 3 years, from 2008 to 2011. He pursued his middle-level course at the Manuel Muños Cedeño Professional Art School (EPA).

 

In 2012, he participated in the 1st edition of the Ernestina Quintana Contest, winning an award in the category of “Best Male Interpretation.”

In that same year, he joined the Compañía Danza Contemporánea de Cuba (DCC), under the direction of Miguel Iglesias. Subsequently, he became a member of the Compañía de Danza Contemporánea de Cuba (DCC) as a principal soloist.

He commenced as a founder in the Compañía Acosta Danza. Currently, he holds the positions of principal dancer and instructor within the company. He has performed on various stages, including the Gran Teatro de Beijing, Sadler’s Wells, Royal Opera House, Royal Albert Hall, Teatro Real de Madrid, and others. He has also conducted various workshops in Cuba and countries such as Germany, Singapore, England, Spain, and many more

In 2022, the AHS awarded him the Ramiro Guerra Award as the best male performer of the year.

Pau Aran

Dancer, Choreographer and Teacher – Spain, Germany,

Pau, born in Barcelona, started his dance career at the age of eleven, exploring various styles including Latin American, standard, jazz, modern dance, and classical ballet. He studied at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza ‘Mariemma’ in Madrid and later at the Folkwang Hochschule der Künste in Essen. From 2005 to 2020, he was a permanent member of the Tanztheater Wuppertal – Pina Bausch, transitioning to a guest role afterward.

In 2020, he began his ongoing artistic collaboration with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. Pau’s notable works include “Avui em veus, demà seré invisible” (2013), “Tres maneras” and “Mimosa” (2016), “Notes of Life” (2019), “Lettre d’amour” (2020), and “Un cadavre exquis II” (2022) and many more. His current focus lies in the development of his art through body language and the creation and teaching of contemporary dance.

Pau’s projects embody his pursuit of beauty, movement, and the poetics of contemporary dance theatre. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of artists, combining tradition with the evolving nature of dance in the future.

Megan Castro

Dancer – USA, South Carolina

Megan Castro was raised in South Carolina, United States, where her dance journey began. She went on to earn her BFA in contemporary dance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. She furthered her studies abroad at the Kyoto Dance Festival in Japan and the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Israel.

Her passion for dance in other countries lead her to participate in various projects, performances, and jobs abroad, including her work with with Tanz Compagnie Gervasi in Vienna, Austria.

Today, Megan continues to create her own work, participate in collaborative projects, and teach her own movement language.

Her love of improvisation movement drives her creativity, allowing her to express the joy and freedom of physical expression.

Andrej Stepita

Dancer, Performer – Austria, Salzburg

A performer, teacher, and creator working mainly in the field of contemporary dance and physical theater. In his artistic work, he draws from the endless stream of energy, which during his artistic development was shaped by several dance styles and aesthetic forms.

Cindy NG

Dancer – Malaysia

Cindy was born and raised in Malaysia. After graduating from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts (HKAPA) in 2019, Cindy joined the postgraduate company called BODHI PROJECT Dance Company at SEAD and worked with Stephanie Thiersch (DE), Hillel Kogan (IL), Massimo Gerardi (IT). ), Francesco Scavetta (IT) and Adrienn Hód (HU). After leaving the company, she started freelancing in Germany and worked with Paper Tiger Theater Studio, Münchner Kammerspiele and Azimuth Arts and Dance Ensemble. In addition to being a performer, Cindy has also created her own choreography, such as Parasite, Amidst the FOG and FOG. She also collaborated with directors and filmmakers on a documentary – “I Don’t Walk, I Dance” by Darren Tan, which premiered in Macau, Hamburg, Taiwan and Holland and on Mu Wang’s short film “Non-Poetic Poems”.

Since 2022, she has been a member of Divadlo Studio Tanca.

Diego Alvarez Sanóu

Dancer – Costa Rica

Diego started his training at the age of 19 in Olympic gymnastics, at the age of 20 he started training as a dancer at the “Conservatory El Barco” in Costa Rica. He collaborated with: Milan Tomášik & Co. (Slovenia-Slovakia), Ultima Vez/Wim Vandekeybus (Belgium), Fernando Hurtado Cia. (Spain), 4Pelos/Losdenmedium (Costa Rica), created projects with Anton Lachký (Slovakia-Belgium) and independent choreographers and dancers from different countries. With his brothers, he started a project called Tres Hermanos and created the REVES workshop festival, which is attended by people from all over the world. In 2010, he started collaborating with Adrián Arriaga and together they founded Colectivo Clá, an independent dance company. In 2014, he won the “Best Company Dance Award” in Costa Rica for his work across borders and beyond.

Since 2022, he has been a member of Divadlo Studio Tanca.

Francisco Estévez

Professional ballet dancer, photographer – USA, Colorado

Francisco has a long background as a professional ballet dancer, having danced professionally since 2008 in companies in New York, Boston, Barcelona, and Denver. His passion for dance photography began when he started shooting performance photography in 2012 while dancing at Barcelona Ballet. After a few years of photographing his profession, he continued his studies as a photographer and began to build an established brand as a dance and portrait photographer.

His understanding of dance as an art form gives him a unique perspective for photographing people and movement, and he has developed a unique technique for communicating dance through photography. He is based in Denver, Colorado and continues to work as a principal dancer, teacher, and creative lead at the CandidlyCreated studio where he and his team create inspiring images for their vast client base.
